Chef's Course: Pastry

Experience an immersive culinary experience under the expert guidance of a Michelin-starred Chef. Meet in The Clocktower's kitchen where guests will learn to craft a specialty pastry. Once complete, guests will enter The Clocktower's main dining room to savor a 3-course meal, one of which being the item that they have just prepared.

Along with a satiated appetite, each guest will leave with the meal's recipe card, an EDITION apron, and a cookbook signed by Chef Jason Atherton.

Experience valid for up to two guests, and subject to availability. Reservations must be booked 3 days in advance at minimum. Beverages associated with dining experience will be charged additionally upon consumption.
