DESCRIPTION:Experience a culinary journey with the expert guidance of a Michelin-starred Chef. The morning will begin in Union Square Market\, where guests will select fresh ingredients to suit their palates. After finding the perfect flavors\, the experience moves to The Clocktower's kitchen where guests will prepare one course using these freshly picked ingredients. Once complete\, guests will enter The Clocktower's main dining room to savor a 3-course meal\, one of which being the item that they have just prepared. \nAlong with a satiated appetite\, each guest will leave with the meal's recipe card\, an EDITION apron\, and a cookbook signed by Chef Jason Atherton. \nExperience valid for up to two guests\, and subject to availability. Market portion of the course will be contingent upon weather conditions. Reservations must be booked 3 days in advance at minimum.
